MYstudio is an AI-powered product photography service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. By using MYstudio you consent to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide:

• Account Information — name and email address when you sign up.
• Product Images & Inputs — the photos you upload, product type, product description, brand colors, creative direction settings, and any other metadata you submit.
• Payment Information — processed by our third-party payment provider (AllPay). We do not store your full credit-card or bank details; we receive transaction confirmations only.
• Communications — messages you send us via email or support channels.

B. Information Collected Automatically:

• Usage Data — features used, tracks selected, jobs submitted, brand profiles saved, timestamps.
• Device & Log Data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the service — your images, prompts, and creative direction are processed by our AI pipeline to generate your photos.
• To improve the service — we analyze usage patterns to fix bugs and enhance features.
• To communicate — service notifications (job complete, download ready), support responses.
• To process payments — facilitate credit purchases and manage billing.
• Security & compliance — fraud prevention, enforcing these terms, legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed:

• AI Service Providers — your images and prompts are sent to third-party AI models (Google Gemini, fal.ai, FASHN.ai) solely to generate your photos. Your content is not used to train their public models under our enterprise terms.
• Cloud Storage — generated photos are stored on Supabase (backed by secure cloud infrastructure) for delivery.
• Payment Processor — AllPay handles payment collection. We do not store card details.
• Legal Requirements — we may disclose information to comply with law, protect our rights, or ensure user safety.
• Business Transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Uploaded images are retained only for the duration of processing. Generated photos are securely stored in your personal Gallery. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

MYstudio is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.
